So, I just thought it would be fun to post this. Lyrical is kind of like ballet, only the main focus is on emotions. It's like acting out the song through the movements. I hope Miss Stephanie doesn't mind me posting this!! :) Madison went to her first lyrical class last night and she was SO excited about it! She absolutely loved it and said it is her favorite kind of dance now!
One fun thing about lyrical is that they wear these kind of shoes, called "foot undeez". Well, I don't know if you can really call them shoes. Ha! Madison got some that are zebra print!
So, that's what lyrical is. You know I'll have some fun videos of Madison lyrical dancing as soon as they have parent watch night in November! :D

Oh that song! And that dance! Makes me smile!!!!! I love those shoes--they almost look like flip flop socks...if those exist! Ha! Madison is so cool. I wish I had learned how to dance. But i sadly have two very left feet.
I've always thought it was a beautiful art of expression.
