We went today and bought some gift certificates from the local boutique to give to the girls' teachers for an end of the year gift tomorrow. I also got some pretty blank notecards so the girls could write a little note to their teachers.
Well, Kaylee decided to make her teacher a card. On the front it said "Mrs. Koester and Me" and then on the inside she put how Mrs. Koester was the best teacher in the whole wide world and that she loved her. She came up with that all on her own and it fits her personality so much, as she is very loving and sensitive.
Want to know what Madison's card said? Well, she used the notecards I bought and since she has 2 teachers, she wrote:
"Thanks for teaching me stuff about math and science."
and
"Thanks for teaching me stuff about reading and grammar."
LOL!!! It is SO funny how different they are!

LOL because my kids are the same way. I had them write out cards for Teacher Appreciation week and that is what they looked like. I love it.
