Okay, so you know how they say everyone should have childlike faith? Well, all last night, the girls were saying it was going to snow today, and we were thinking that probably wouldn't happen. Sure, there was a slight chance, but it snowed last year and there was just no way it would happen in SE Texas, two years in a row, right?
So, we sent the girls to school in the rain this morning and a few hours later, the rain started to get whiter and whiter. Unbelievable!!! I had to take Lily out to play because I wasn't sure how long it would last! I so wish Madison and Kaylee had been home. I hope they got to play at school in it! Even after I took this video, the flurries got bigger and bigger until it was all out snowing! In Texas!! Amazing! The ground was even beginning to get white!! Now, we're back to the rain/maybe a few flurries. I hope it snows again when the girls are home so I can get pictures and video of them too!
Truly a Christmas miracle!
Oh, I thought y'all might get a kick out of my Texas accent too :D
P.S. Don't you love Lily's coat? My Mom made it!

I love your accent. Well, actually we sound just alike!!! ;)
I love love love these pictures and video. It hit us a couple of hours ago. Didn't last long though. I am sad the older kids were in school, I really wish they were home to play in it. It just doesn't do it but every couple of years here. At least it seems that way.

Miracles never cease huh? :)

As for your voice, you know I'm used to hearing it now! Every time we get off the phone, I want to start to talking with your accent too, LOL!
So sweet! Yea for snow! I hope the girls can enjoy it! If not, come up here for the weekend and you all can play in a lot of snow!!
