Today, I spent the day shopping at the fabric store, getting my hair cut, and picking out new glasses. It was nice to get out and do some things for myself!
Tomorrow, I plan to go to church. Let me tell you, getting ready tonight has not been easy. It seems that everything is trying to get in my way. I'm grumpy, we lose an hour of sleep tonight due to daylight savings, and quite honestly I just really want to sleep in tomorrow after being gone the entire day. But, I keep telling myself that church is only one hour! Why is it that I can spend all day doing meaningless things, but I can't seem to find one hour to worship the Lord that I love???? It's not something I'm proud of, but it's something I plan to change.

Kristin...So glad that you got a chance to have a day for you. About tomorrow...I'm so excited that you're finally making it to church! Remember that when obstacles get in your way...it is not a coincidence. The devil will try his hardest to fight you. Recognize it for what it is and keep on pressing through. I will be excited to see how things go...I'm sure your girls will love it too!
