Our Weekend!

This weekend, my Dad and Stepmom came for a visit. We had a great time! My stepsister has two little girls, and they brought the oldest one, Maci, with them. We hadn't met before, because they used to live in New Mexico.

The girls were so excited to meet for the first time!! I think Lily really loved having someone her size to play with. :) Maci just turned 5.
Madison and Kaylee had dance, so we all went up there so they could watch them dance through the little window they have. But, it turns out they were getting costumes that night and the curtain was closed so they could try them on. :( So, they didn't get to see them dance.
We went out to eat after that.
The next morning, we woke up and the girls were really excited to get to open Christmas presents!
After lunch, we took them out to see our new house/land. Here's what the house looks like so far. Ha!
It was so much colder and windier out there on the water. The water was up high and waves were rolling in. It was neat.
I like this picture of Madison holding Maci's hand.
My Dad and Stepmom.
Everyone had to have a turn on the swing.
I loved this picture. Maci has the most beautiful eyes! She is so precious and I'm so glad we got to spend time with her. The girls had so much fun and just played and played!
They had a fashion show and designed their own jewelry :)
This morning, it was time to say goodbye :( Can you tell my girls just woke up? Ha!
Group hug!!!
It was a great weekend and we had lots of fun and a nice visit. I'm going to make it my goal to visit them this summer, so the girls can get together to play again.

I'm so glad you had a nice time with your dad and you were able to finally meet Maci! I bet the girls had a ball playing with her! And how exciting for you to be able to show them your new property!

Looks like a very fun weekend! Love the fashion show, I remember doing that as a kid too!

So glad your weekend was so nice and that the girls had so much fun together.

Cute pictures! Your Dad and Step-mom look like such nice people. I am thrilled that they came to love on you guys! (:>)

Hey, your house looks like it is going to be a nice size. Living on the water will be so great. So nice to have a lovely view of the bay.

I have been missing your church updates. We had a pastor from the Ukraine speak tonight at our church and it was fantastic. So wonderful to hear his story and testimony of all that God is doing there.

Love you lots!
