It Will Change Your Life!

I have been meaning to mention this.......have you seen over at Angie's blog that the next Bloom Book Club selection is "Same Kind of Different As Me"?!! I am very excited about this! I knew when I read this book that the Lord had a very specific purpose for it, and the events that make up it's story, and I can definitely see why He has placed it in the hands of someone like Angie. This book will change your life, the way you view others, the way you think about everything. It is changing the world, one reader at a time! How awesome to think about it being read at the same time, by so many people......the effects of this will be amazing, I'm sure!!

It was a thrill to see Ron and Denver on the video on Angie's blog! They exemplify what I am so passionate about......that is, that every one of us has a story that is orchestrated perfectly by God. If you think about your own life, I bet you can look back on it and see some mighty ways that God has worked in it, and I bet you have a story to tell also that is a testimony to His power!

So, a few weeks ago, I won a "pay it forward" giveaway at my dear friend, Christy Rose's, blog. She sent me this awesome box of goodies! It was so amazing that it felt like Christmas had come early for me!!

It had a beautiful coffee mug, a devotional book, coffee, a coffee grinder, a coffee scoop, a single cup brewer, and peppermint mocha creamer! YUMMY!! It was everything needed to do coffee the "Christy Rose" way, and let me tell you.......her way is awesome! :D I have been enjoying it all so much!
I think the perfect thing to give away for my "pay it forward" post is "Same Kind of Different as Me"!! It's perfect because whoever wins will have plenty of time to read and follow along with Angie's book club! They are wanting the first 100 pages to be read by January 24th, so there is plenty of time for the book to be sent out and read by then. Even if you do not win, I strongly urge you to pick up a copy of this book and follow along with the book club. I'm not just saying, "Oh yeah, it's a good book and worth reading." I'm saying, "Every single person should read this book!! It will change your life!!!!" I'm serious! Please, please get this book and read it. I know Target has them right now because I just bought one for my MIL for Christmas.
Yay! This is so exciting!! If you would like to enter my "pay it forward" giveaway, the rules are simple. You have to be willing to give me your address so I can send your gift; you have to write your own "pay it forward" post after you receive my gift, telling about it, and link back to my blog; and you have to come up with gifts to give out to your 2 winners for your own "pay it forward" giveaway. I will include a few other goodies, as well as the book, in my giveaway. So if you would like to enter, all you have to do is leave a comment. One entry per person and I will draw the names out of a bowl on Monday afternoon. There will be two winners.
If you already have the book, but would like to play in the "pay it forward", go ahead and enter! Just let me know you already have the book.......I will still send you a gift, but I'll find someone else to send the book to. How about that?

I am so glad that you enjoyed your coffee package. Don't you just love that peppermint mocha creamer? YUMMMM! Fannie Mae truffles are my very favorite too! The book is one I use a lot just to remind me of how much that God loves me when I might be having a not so good day.
