The after pictures will have to follow (hopefully by the end of this week)!We decided that instead of having our living room go all the way up to the 2nd story, that we would add a media room above it. Although I like the look of the open living room, I like the "feel" of it closed in. I think it will be so much more cozy and intimate, less drafty, and quieter! Those girls can make a lot of noise upstairs! LOL

How exciting.. I could do the same. The 2 story is awesome but it takes a lot of heat. The dresser is simply. You need to sand the whole thing, buy white primer, and then choose your color. You just buy a eggshell color so it is not glossy. Remove hardward, use lots of newspaper. It is simply and cheap and makes a huge difference. Can't wait to see it...
Wow Kristin, Your House is awesome! I think it is neat what you are doing to cozy it up and add another room! I will look forward to seeing the "finished" pictures.
