Tomorrow, my Dad and Stepmom are coming to visit. The girls are so excited. They will be here for a couple of days.
Tonight, M and I spent a couple of hours baking cookies for school tomorrow. They're having a feast and everyone had to turn in their favorite holiday recipe and they are supposed to bring it to sample tomorrow. We had fun baking together.....we came to the conclusion that we make a great team!
Here's the recipe for Crinkle Cookies that we made tonight. They're really yummy!
Crinkle Cookies
1 cake mix (I use yellow, but you could use any flavor)
1 container of Cool Whip
2 eggs
powdered sugar
Combine 1st three ingredients until moistened. Drop by spoonfuls into sifted powdered sugar and roll around in sugar until coated and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
